Recently Prime Minister Hun Sen has contributed $10,000 to the ceremony to commemorate first year assassination of Dr Kem Ley, and $50,000 was also donated to build Kem Ley’s statue. Kem Ley’s brother praise this donation. But many people think that these donations were donated to silence the critics that he was behind the assassination.
ICC thought that it is better for the Prime Minister to clear his name by ordering the Security and Justice departments to find, identify and condemn the true culprit behind this assassination.
