The mission of this International (Cyber) Campaign for Cambodia – ICC, or Campagne Internatioale pour le Cambodge – CIC, in French, is:

1. To inform the public and mobilize the Khmer people around the globe, promoting human rights, democracy, justice, freedom, independence and peace in Cambodia.
2. To expose all violations to the terms and spirit of the Paris Peace Agreements signed on October 23, 1991, and to promote ideas to restore genuine democracy, peace and independence for Cambodia.
3.
